Catching up with Pleiadians Tamara and Ely after their release

​In 2018, Tamara and Ely, Pleiaidians who were held captive in Area 51, were released when the GFL, under Ivo's command, raided the base and released all captives from the tunnels.

Tamara gave us a report on what was done to her and Ely and the other hostages at that time and now I'm channeling her from the Pleiades to see how they are recovering. ​

When I channeled Tamara last year she indicated that she was treated worse than the earthlings because she was sticking up for them, so the dark ETs saw her as being really stupid and treated her “appropriately”. They tried to destroy her mind – invading it with technology that tried to extract information. This was very painful. Felt like ripping her brain apart. She developed physical difficulties as a result of the destruction of DNA. I'm hoping that she has had some healing from this. Thinking of an extraterrestrial as having physical difficulties is pretty unusual but that would be the case coming out of captivity from one of these bases.
They'd threaten Ely if she didn't cooperate. At times they were physically mutilating him and she had to watch them torture him, while bound up, unable to intervene. 
The draconians cut her hair so she would have less psychic ability to contact them (I see her with uncharacteristically short hair which she still has.)
She said in the bases, they separate the adults from the Terran children (earthlings) as they have different agendas for them. The adults would know what they're doing and can help the children resist. Taking them away from them makes the children more vulnerable to their dark programming.
The dark attempts all sorts of trickery to get the hostages to side with them including putting delusions into your mind and telling you your family has forsaken you, they don't care about you, when in fact that's not true. They also implant "past lives" of being evil to try to turn you to the dark side. And where have we seen that theme in the movies? Themes of our reality is replicated in our movies.
She was raped and got pregnant with hybrid children; but she was not the only one by any stretch. This is common.
Cold, dark, demoralizing, not enough to eat. Low quality food. They would sit in the dark at night and hear snarling and hissing around them. They even did things like turn the lights on at random times so your circadian rhythms would be thrown out of whack (pineal gland). Many felt jetlagged and constantly exhausted.
Tamara said that they will use these torture techniques on earthlings if the new world order ever comes to fruition and the draconians come out in public as earth's controllers. While they are still in hiding, you have a chance. 
She said she learned to be resistant to physical pain, but she couldn't teach Ely fast enough. She tried to help him energetically but they could shield him from her.
Her future is working with the Galactic Federation to help give them needed information to help in their taking down this menace; it might save more whistleblowers the necessity of coming forward.
Tamara said: "I wish to thank Team 51 with all my love and I will remember you through the rest of eternity as those who helped let me and my loved one escape from hell. I cannot express my indebtedness to you enough."
She says as for the young earth children, they are to be used as soldiers in either a secret or the public military armies that will conquer earth and other worlds. That's the plan, anyway. They move these children away from love and teach them to take pain so they will be able to do their heinous dirtywork in future. Much like MKUltra. Trauma-based. 

2019 - Update: A Year After Release
I hope you're putting the horror of this experience behind you and that you're healing. I'm hoping that I can be sensitive about this and not offend in any way but I feel the people of earth need to know what you have to tell us, because we need to know the truth of what's really going on on this planet. The more of us that are awake to this, the more we'll work to stop it. I don't mean to be insensitive, and I'll try to balance sensitivity with my curiosity.
Tamara: Well, just to be home is healing in itself. We are Taygetans. You're familiar with our race, yes? 
Me: Yes.
Ta: I am home with Ely, my partner Ganoyn, and back with my family again.
Me: How did they get you in the first place, that's the first thing I need to know.
Ta: Well, we travel the galaxy and our ships are prone to being pirated at times. I was traveling in the lower dimensions, in the Pleiades and we were attacked. Before we could raise the frequency of our ship, we were put into stasis. (Me: So they have that technology, too). Oh yes, they replicate a lot of what we do, to the best of their ability. Our ship was attacked and put into limbo. It couldn't move. We were put into a sort of well, bubble that we couldn't reach outside of with our minds. Not for help, not for anything. We were a ship that was not a war ship, it was simply a travel vessel.
Me: How long ago was this in human time frame?
Ta: Around 1998 in your years so I was there about 20 of your years.
Me: My God!
Ta: So they boarded our ship, the same as our ships do when we put theirs in stasis. Yes, I hear your questions.
Me: I know. My mind is racing!
Ta: They boarded our ship and you know when they board, they want cargo, otherwise they would destroy the ship. What they did was destroy the men, fortunately my mate wasn't with us. The women and the children are who are really desired.
Me: Yes, because the men will fight them. The women they see as weaker but we're not.
Ta: No, we're not. But we were snuck up on and there was nothing we could do.
Me: So why travel in 4D when you could travel more safely in 5D?
Ta: Yes, this was interplanetary local ship, so it did short distances.
Me: Funny, sounds like our airlines.
Ta: We were only in a short run and there happened to be a ship outside the planet we were going to.
Me: Were they looking for anyone specific or just whoever they came across?
Ta: They behave like your pirates. They're looking for specific things but there are many who can fulfill these desires for them.
Me: I see. So maybe it's not such a good idea to go on a ship that's not armed?
Ta: Yes. I see that now. We're a peaceful people but yes, I hear you, we have to understand we're at war. 
(I'm also intuiting that sometimes in 3D or 4D the captains of the shuttle ships are working with the pirates to bring them their booty! This wasn't the case here but it does happen.)
Me: Dark versus the light. How in creation do you spend 20 years in that hell hole? Was that the first place they took you or did you go anywhere else?
Ta: I wish to say that many of the women and children who accompanied us died before the 20 years was up.
Me: I'm sorry to hear that....
Ta: Yes, (pause) These were my people. Such a horrific end to life. In fact we didn't go to Area 51 first. That area is reserved for specific types of projects. We went to a (thinking)... sorting station first and this sorting station is where they hold the hostages until they can decide how they want to use them. This is in your Greenland area.
Me: So you did come to earth first?
Ta: Yes. We were tested and poked and prodded for applicability to certain projects they were conducting. Ely was considered to be inferior because he was not a Terran boy.
Me: Really?
Ta: Well, yes. You have the best of our DNA so this is what they're after - the cream of the crop so to speak.
Me: I see you've picked up some of our idioms.
Ta: I spoke to English speakers there. Many Americans are in Area 51 and I learned some British English as well.
Me: So are these pirates paid for their booty?
Ta: Yes. They can live from what they earn as pirates.
Me: So you were held in Greenland for how long?
Ta: About 2 years.
Me: Then what? Where did you go?
Ta: There was a base in Russia. This is where they began impregnating me.
Me: Was this through artificial insemination or actual rape?
Ta: Both. They enjoy raping human women.
Me: Wonderful. (I'm being sarcastic). So do you carry the fetus full term?
Ta: No. They remove it after 3 months and impregnate you again. This is hard on the body especially under those conditions.
Me: How many children do you think you mothered?
Ta: (sigh) It could be in the range of 20.
Me: I"m sorry to hear this. Where do you think they are?
Ta: They use them for many purposes. Most likely they're across the galaxy. They like to play with the DNA so that they change the Taygetan DNA.
Me: I heard that from Akon. He said the scientists are doing double time trying to keep your DNA pure and free from the compromised DNA that is being inserted into their bloodlines.
Ta: We respect all of our blood kin but there are some that we have had to turn our backs on.
Me: That's sad.
Ta: Your own child, yes, so far gone you can't help them...... (pause)
Me: Yes. (pause, collecting myself) ....... (resuming) So you were in Russia and then where did you go?
Ta: We went to Sweden, I think it was. We started seeing all these captives who looked more like us.
Me: And the same things were carried out?
Ta: There, no different programs. They took a lot of our DNA and mutilated it. This is where I started to suffer physical difficulties, because they were altering my DNA and because it's mine it affects me as well. This is how they change the bloodlines.
Me: So really we have to keep them off our DNA.
Ta: Because they're on earth and they have such a mix of DNA there, we're all affected by what they're doing.
Me: Yes, I understood that from Akon's earlier report.
Ta: By the time we got to Area 51, I was very crippled. I could barely walk. My multidimensional skills as you call them were atrophying. I worked hard to keep them but because my frequency was so low, I couldn't energize myself to use them. I was aware of Ivo's ship that came along in the last couple of years before my release.
Me: Oh good and you told people there about it?
Ta: Yes, they were aware, some of them, as well, that help was near. The Resistance had tried to take this base but it had failed. Ivo's ship got through. The jubilation I felt at learning there was a ship that had come to help us was enormous.
Me: I can't imagine.
Ta: We were ecstatic. Then to start seeing Michael's angels standing by to help us. We were elated!
Me: We tried to work as fast as we could to get you out. I remember the first day I just "got this idea from somewhere" to send white light to the base. I had a selfish motivation really in that I wanted Ivo back because I used to feel his energy around my waist hugging me all the time and I missed it. So I asked some lightworkers to help send energy to Area 51 and we did. It had a reaction that Ivo could see but the shields were fluctuating from their frequency to the galactics' frequency and then they could get in to cause some havoc. So they attacked.
Ta: I know. We could hear it. We wondered what that was. If it was our end or a new beginning. Then we saw Michael's angels who came to tell us that we would be freed. We were ecstatic! They played music to calm us down. We could hear the battling upstairs and we were trying to help but we were caged up.
Me: I know. We see how you're kept.
Ta: I feel your anger. But that has to be released.
Me: I know.
Ta: Then they started pulling us out. We couldn't believe it. We were stunned. They worked fast, very fast as angels will do.
We were finally free. The angels had to protect us from the reptilians because of course they were angry. Some people were taken away and we never saw them again.
Me: I suppose they were made examples of.
Ta: That horrific place. We really had to grasp the significance of seeing our own again. In fact, my mate, Ganoyn, was on the ship that got us out. To see his face again!! It was my dream. I'd drempt of that for 20 of your years. For Ely to see his dad again..... (she's crying)
(The ship she was on wasn't Ivo's ship, it was another in the GFL fleet that had assisted taking that base).
Me: (resuming) So the Taygetans have the super human qualities that we on earth are now developing as multidimensionals. What happened to this? Why couldn't you gather together and fight back?
Ta: They have fields to stop these higher abilities from manifesting. They use the same on you.
Me: Doesn't surprise me.
Ta: What's more, we're chained up as well, the ones they see as really being a threat are held in containment pods that hold them powerless and completely dependent on others to live.
Me: Nice (again, sarcasm.) What types of physical difficulties did you develop and how are you healing from this now?
Ta: I became hard of walking. My brain also suffered injury because of these fields and the manipulation of my DNA. My one arm is also somewhat lame. They destroy the nervous system with their experiments and they reduce the brain capacity and ability to access your energy field.
Me: So they turn you into an earthling, more or less.
Ta: Yes.
Me: So their goal is what? To experiment? To create the perfect human slave? To create a slave army? To eat you? What?
Ta: Their goal is to overtake this universe. Earth is a focal point because of the diversity of DNA here. And the richness of life on the planet.
Me: So how do they plan to do this by the work they do in the bases? What's driving this work?
Ta: Rendering the human to be no competition, making us subservient to them, all galactics, all humans everywhere. They want control of us because we are God.
Me: So they want to be gods.
Ta: Yes. To date none of their work has been so effective as to accomplish this however they cripple those that they do manage to get.
Me: So you said they'd threaten Ely if you didn't cooperate. At times they were physically mutilating him and you had to watch them torture him, while bound up, unable to intervene. - So this was because you didn't cooperate or was there another purpose for this mutilation?
Ta: This was the purpose. To make me cooperate with them. They did things to Ely as well but they took him away. I was aware of some of it and could help him but most of this they did out of my sight. Anything they do they do in such as way as to make it as traumatic as possible.
Me: Got it. I've seen pictures of what looks like baby farms, where all these incubated children are put into artificial wombs and fed something. What happens to the placenta when they remove the baby or do they use it?
Ta: They use it to feed the baby through.
Me: Okay. Then they must be doing experiments on the placenta and umbilical cord because we're getting into this now here on the surface and we do a lot of the things they've done already.
Ta: Yes your technology mimics theirs but only what they want you to have. They do experiments on DNA and on unborn babies of course so that eventually they can raise their laboratories to the surface and get you to agree with them on it.
Me: They make it look like it's for our best interests, then they reveal eventually they're using it to cripple us. Yeah, I know the drill.
Ta: What they did to us in the bases they're doing to you now: bad quality food, GMO's, nano's in the food - these are all the same things they did to us in the bases - the only difference is they didn't care whether we knew it or not whereas with you they keep it silent so you're not aware they'd doing to you the same as they do to hostages in the bases.
Me: Yes. That makes perfect sense. So the earth children, you said, would be used as soldiers to overtake other worlds?
Ta: Yes, like I said you have the best DNA and they're using it against the rest of the universe.
Me: Okay. So, Tamara, thank you for this information. I'd like to end this on a happy note and ask about your recovery. How is that going?
Ta: Well, there's no comparison, of course. I'm back to walking fully again with no side effects. My DNA has been worked on and it's still in process. I have much grieving to do, especially over the lost children I'll never know, but I have Ely. We work every day to bring happiness back and to return ourselves back to normalcy.
My mate is such a help. My family surrounds us and loves us every day. They were afraid they would not see us back alive and are so happy we're here now. I have extensive healing programs I still undergo as does Ely. He has returned to his learning and is making up for what he has missed while away.
Me: How are you about traveling?
Ta: (laughing) We are more cautious about who we travel with but we do travel. I am also working with the Galactic Federation of Light to provide information to help them improve their program to stop these dark marauders. We did gain intel when we were in the base and I have passed that on and that has led to some gains.
Me: Oh, that's good.
Ta: I take it day by day. I speak with those who have passed on during the period of captivity and they are planning reincarnation to carry on as they had planned to.
Me: So this captivity wasn't really in your life's plans?
Ta: It was an option. I was hoping it wouldn't happen but it did. I had warned Ganoyn that this might happen and if I did go missing, he was to alert the authorities so he did do that. We were traced back to earth. All efforts were made to release us but we needed the help of insiders, which is what you lightworkers are - you're the insiders on your planet.
Me: Yes, I realized that when they said that we hold the vibration of both the dark and the light and we could get on their bases.
Ta: You're the key to all of this.
Me: I know. That's why we're here and not flying above the planet.
Ta: So again, I'd like to thank your Team for facilitating our release. We owe you our lives.
Me: I just ask that you make good of what you've learned, and you are. If everyone on this planet and others would focus on unseating this beast we could do it, but it's because so many are asleep.
Ta: Yes. Again, thank you with all our heart.
