Me: Hi Sharina, in Adama's message he said that there haven't been so many messages from Telos because there are interferences and disturbances in our receiving these messages here on the surface. Can you please explain more on what he meant by this?

Sharina: Of course, Sharon. We are attempting to help and to guide you in your ascension process on outer earth from our vantagepoint of living alongside you. We can watch you and guide by giving our light to you as you undergo difficult processes in achieving wholeness and in merging your physical and light bodies as you move towards the fifth dimension.

This is easy enough for us to accomplish as we can directly affect your process. However in sending you messages, your lower minds will interfere. You will also be given messages that you do not understand when in fact when you stretch your mind somewhat you might very well understand.

There is much interference still from dark realms in our attempts to liberate you, on many fronts. You were wondering this the other day – how much of a fight was still ongoing and there is still a great war going on in higher realms above and upon your planet.

Your lower minds are affected as well by beings who are changing their game plan to block us at every attempt to help you.

You can help us by raising your own light. When your vibration nears ours, or is at least above the vibration of those interfering with our process.... you can hear us better.
