Lightworker burnout – Chronic Fatigue

Sharon here. I'm reading a book by a lightworker who has complained throughout about the physical symptoms she's having which she learned were attributable to being of a higher vibration and coming to earth to live here in a more dense, lower vibrational body. Having chronic fatigue myself, her words come as help to me, as an explanation as to why I have this problem that nobody in the medical system can figure out the answer to.
I will tell you what I have done to help myself. Obviously I can't suddenly turn my body into one of a higher fourth dimensional being, which is what I was before I came to earth. I lived on Vega, my name was Tiannia (pronounced Chiannia) and I had two children, Enoch and Ianna with my mate, Ivo, who I now channel. Tiannia's children call me “mom” because of course they see me from a whole galactic perspective, not from my limited 4D earth perspective.
Anyway, I was born with 2 active DNA strands and into a tumultuous family life. I am a blu ray, born in 1960, and am highly sensitive as well as highly empathic. This has also worked to tire me out because I wasn't aware of my empathy until a year or so ago so I've only been learning to deal with it now (I suggest Alex Myles' book: “An Empath,” 556 pages on the subject of empathy alone! I find the best thing to do when I've “absorbed” negativity is to imagine myself rolling it up into a big black ball and then firing light at it to transmute it. Doesn't matter, I don't think, how you envision it, it's the intention to transmute it that's important. I end up in a better mood after I do this, which is indicative of a higher vibration and that's what I'm aiming at.
With the higher photon energies coming in from the galactic center, many are feeling off and out of sorts. This blog might be able to help you; I hope it can. But I'm targeting more the lightworkers who are feeling long term burn out and don't know why.
I complained from the time I was 30 that I was tired. That was 27 years ago. Now I sleep 12 - 14 hours a day, what I have fits in with current descriptions of adrenal fatigue. I have a “slump” or tired period at 5 p.m. for a couple hours, then I gain more energy in the evening and at 12:00 when I should be wanting to go to bed, I'm at my most active. The books I've read all warn to resist the urge to stay up till 3 a.m. because that just leads to further burnout. I do what it takes to overcome adrenal fatigue. Does it work? No. Not for me.
So having had this stressful life, including the absorption of others' stresses, I've sought out solutions. I got off my meds. I was on antidepressants. I use herbals such as Actalin which you can order on line, to boost my thyroid and adrenals. (The endocrine glands are the glands that “translate”, that process higher energies coming through the chakras into energy for the body.) What I didn't like about the antidepressants was the 40 pounds I gained (I asked my doctor why they were called ANTI-depressants). I realized that I probably gained it because they tamper with the metabolism, which of course is the endocrine system. I used to be on the pill, and I think that also helped to screw up my system.
What I did instead was REDUCE MY STRESS LEVEL. I think this is important. I used coffee before to speed myself up so that I could get everything done on my list. To go to work every day and work at stressful jobs while of course, sucking up everyone else's negativity on top of my own feelings about being there (I'm the same as an Indigo – I despise the system we live in.) I used coffee and white sugar to help get the energy to get to where I worked so that I could burn myself out even further.
I now drink 2 cups of coffee per day. I look for types with less caffeine. In Canada Tim Horton's chains are prolific. I don't recommend drinking high caffeinated coffees because they'll give you the kick you're looking for in the short term but in the long run you may end up like me. This warning is for those who aren't already there.
What I do is I REST. I spend as much or more time resting and relaxing than I do working. I know, I hear you. Fat chance in this world. Let me just tell you that that's what this world is designed to do, to keep you running so fast you wouldn't know a wall if you hit it head on.
The other thing that's important is to MEDITATE. Meditation has been proven to have health benefits. Never mind, it's a great way to talk to aliens. Meditation kicks your parasympathetic nervous system into gear. I didn't even know I had glands that help me to relax until a few years ago. Yes, you have a “wind-up” system and a “wind down” system. I use the wind down one more than I used to.
There are different types of meditation I do. One good one I do is yogic breathing because there's prahna in the air, life force energy, and inhaling it gives me energy. I do Layne Redmond's Chakra Breathing Meditations. I have 2 copies and I gave one to my sister. Love it.
The other types of meditations to consider is cord cutting for empaths, which I try to do daily. Also I do some for block removal, which is happening anyway with these photon waves coming in, heart blocks being removed..... good, hopefully that'll give me energy! I meditate to align my chakras which also gives me energy.
I do not watch TV. Why? Because I avoid things that upset me. Long ago, I turned off the news and shows I reacted emotionally to. That's most shows. I looked at how I felt watching the tube and realized I was anxious and pissed off at what I was watching. I like shows that make me feel good if I'm ever going to watch any. I watch old Star Trek reruns. I know how they all end anyway but the show still interests me. Do I do it regularly? No. Occasionally.
I AVOID things that I react negatively to. Which is another thing I work on: negative reactions. Ego. I work at not reacting. I think you have to on this earth. If you react to everything, you'd burn out. I watch what's in my personal space, who's in my personal space and how we relate. And I have used the block feature on Facebook.
Physically, I noticed long ago that I felt better in the summer than in the winter. In Canada our winters are long and not that sunny. But the difference between summer and winter for me, was like two different people. I tried one of those blue SAD lights. It didn't work. What works better for me is tanning salons in the winter time. 10 or 15 minutes can really help. What I believe this does is to help to raise the vibration of my body.
I realized I don't have Seasonal Affective Disorder, or SAD although I've been diagnosed with it. The reason I felt different was due to the sunshine. I'm considering learning sun gazing. It might help me to raise my vibration to reduce the disparity between my physical body and the energies I'm pulling in, or me.
And I think that that's what the solution is to this problem: to raise your vibration. So sunshine in the summer, tanning in the winter. I don't care what they say about cancer. I don't use sunscreen either. I don't want to screen out anything.
The other thing for me is I have bad allergies. So I look at ways of reducing my “allergic load”. I use Quercetin which helps to stop allergic reactions. I need it in the summertime otherwise I'd be walking around like I had a cold all summer. Allergic reactions also tire you out. So get rid of or minimize anything you're allergic to. I try not to take antihistamines. I'd rather use Quercetin which of course is available in pill form, highly concentrated.
Look at food allergies as well. I'm a celiac and have a dairy intolerance. So that also eliminates most processed foods for me. Eating out is history. I can only eat french fries once in a while. My diet consists of mostly homemade stuff to eliminate the wheat and milk. I have to know what I'm eating because I'll get pain in my gut off of it. And guess what? That reaction also makes me tired the next day.
So I'm saying to do everything you can not to get sick because that also makes you tired. I take a good vitamin and also a strong B-vitamin to help with depression. I think that has to do with stuff I'm still working through from the past but also taking on others' negativity and not transmuting it.
All the traditional things they say to increase the health of your body work here: mild exercise (don't tire yourself out), strong multivitamin, even get tested for vitamin shortages, meditation (is that traditional yet?), sunshine, breathing (inhale, don't shallow breathe), eat “right” and lose weight because of course being overweight slows you down.
Which brings up another point and I'm sure this will piss some off. I'm not telling you what to do. I'm telling you what I do. I don't eat meat anymore. I don't eat it because meat is a low vibrational food – it's dead. And this dead stuff being ingested by your body lowers your vibration. I want a higher vibration. Also as an empath the last hamburger I ate told me how it didn't want to be killed, so that was it for meat.
I look for organic foods. I eat more fruit and vegetables. I haven't completely gone off non-organic foods but recently read that some foods are sprayed with 35 different pesticides! 35! Here's a woman who can't walk into the hardware store without having a sneezing fit and she's eating something loaded with pesticides. Yeah, having a rethink on that one. Because I'll bet pesticides could be something I'm allergic to, seeing as I'm allergic to all types of other chemicals including hydrocarbons in car exhaust, so why am I eating them?
Also I look at foods that have a natural level of histamine. Lists are available on line. So when you are taking anti-histamines in either pill form or natural (Quercetin), and you're eating loads of peanut butter and you can't stop scratching because your skin is always itchy.... time to look at that peanut butter and kiss it goodbye. Or substitute the much more expensive almond butter for peanut butter. I do that sometimes. Nuts have a lot of good nutrients.
The other thing that helps me is I nap, sometimes a couple times a day if I need to.
Did I start out this way? Absolutely not. Hamburgers and french fries were my favourite meal. My favourite drink when going out: beer. That and a pack of smokes. Oh yes, I don't drink or smoke anymore either. Alcohol is a poison which I'll bet lowers your vibration.
I filter my water and use flouride free toothpaste, thankfully easier to get ahold of these days.
One more thing.... still not done.... another suggestion is I do footbath detoxing. I've been going for a year, yes a year..... and I'm still not pristine clean inside! I believe my liver may have been congested and I'm hoping that's helped it. I was severely gunked up. I have pictures but trust me, you don't want to see them. I believe detoxing is important because our world, our food, our water, our lives are completely polluted and our livers can't handle the workload.
So anything that raises your vibration or makes you happy is good. Anything that lowers your vibration or makes you sad or tired, is out. That's basically the way I live my life now. Seriously? I was just removing skins off of almonds the other day to make “creamed cheese”. Really? Yes, really. I'll do whatever it takes to help myself. I hope this helps you as well.
