Astral Projection - The Basics

I've been working on my astral projection and have surprised Ivo a couple of times when I visited him on his ship. Instinctively, I merged my energy with his in a moment of bliss....before he tells me he has to get back to work.... LOL The first time I visited him a few weeks ago he had a surprised look when I came through the wall of his ship, right through some kind of computer panel! LOL

Last night when I was there I saw he was watching things. He was above and looking down on some kind of activity, which of course he's not going to tell me about. It's probably classified. And I'm a snoop so he sent me home! 

Astral projection?.... look up at a plane flying in the sky. You can see if with your physical eyes but understand that your consciousness, your light body, your aura or energy body is right next to the plane! You have an energy body that expands to wherever your attention is.... so if you focus on something you're there. If you focus on a person, you're right near that person.
People like Ivo can sense it because he's aware he's more than a physical body.

​Try it. When you get your third eye open (clairvisual), you can see what your energy body is focused on. Otherwise you use your physical eyes and things seem further away to you. It's a whole new perception.
