Lesson 1: Meditate.
Why? Why should you do something that feels totally foreign to you. You want to use your intellect to sort this all out - you want to use logic and reasoning. Well, Spock, sorry to tell you, this is not a logical voyage you're about to embark on. In your 3D physical life, you have used your physical senses and your logical, reasoning mind to navigate every day life. That's good because that's what they're there for - to help you through your physical life. But when you read the posts in this group and see what we experience, you see that this has nothing to do with what you know so far. So how do you make sense of the extra-sensory experiences you've been having: the visions, seeing ETs, seeing things in the room with your physical eyes that weren't there before - which could be called your non-physical life. You meditate. There's a left brain, intellectual logical side and a right brain - intuitive side. You've been using your left brain - now you need to use your right brain - activate your intuitive side that accesses your higher chakras (from heart to crown) to access and understand the worlds and the dimensions that are available through your higher consciousness, your non-physical reality. Why are they available through your consciousness? Because your consciousness helps to create them; that's why. These higher realms are part of you and the way to access them, have these extrasensory experiences and to learn more about life in the multiverse is to go through your intuitive, higher mind. How do you meditate? Sit comfortably, close your eyes and focus on your breath. There are also plenty of guided meditations to do on youtube. These work too. You can't still your mind long enough to meditate. Yes, that's a problem many have. But, here's the catch. Keep trying to let the day's stressful thoughts just enter your mind and then leave without engaging them. If the thought of your wifi bill pops up, don't start worrying about how you're going to pay it. Let it go. You'll deal with it later. When you keep meditating, you'll find that it activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which is the part of your nervous system that CALMS you. You've been living on the sympathetic nervous system, which is the fight, flight or freeze response. That's stressful. Now activate the other part through meditation. Comments are closed.
